using the search for relatives as a starting point, this work aims to present the ideal vs real focus that comes when searching for truth. At its binary bottom, this piece shows the entanglement of real information, its multitudes of physical engagement while at the top it shows the reflection of what is perceived by others. The lights reflecting take on the role of the viewer and it is only in their arbitrary choosing of reflection that we are able to gather some information but not all.
This work has been highly inspired by the work of Ivonne Ramirez dealing with feminicides in my hometown of Cd. Juarez in Mexico.
